Exchange Policy

  • Exchange Window: Items can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Eligibility: Only unused, unwashed, and unworn items with tags intact and original packaging are eligible for exchange.

  • Non-Exchangeable Items: Sale, discounted, or customized items are not eligible for

  • Size Exchange: If the item does not fit, you may request a size exchange (subject to availability).

  • Defective/Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for verification.

  • Process:

    • Message us via WhatsApp or Instagram to initiate the exchange process.

    • Provide your order number and reason for exchange.

    • Ship the item back to our address after confirmation from our team.

    • Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective.

  • Refunds: We currently do not offer cash refunds. You may opt for:

    • Store credit (valid for 3 months)

    • Exchange with another item

  • Order Cancellation: Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
